I cannot say enough good things about Anderson! My wife and I were searching for a company to provide and install a gas fireplace to replace our current wood burning fireplace. We visited a few “showrooms” if that’s what you can call them, which were sparse and provided nothing but catalogues to look through. Yeah, I can do that from my couch… We talked to a variety of providers, and basically did our due diligence. Nobody we knew had used Anderson, so we hadn’t had them high on our priority list. That was a mistake. The moment we walked in to their showroom, my wife and I exchanged knowing looks because we both realized we were FINALLY in a real showroom. Then we were promptly greeted with a friendly hello from Andrea who gave us the layout and stayed just close enough to answer questions, but left us to look around at our own speed. This was already a much better experience than any place we had already visited. She was super knowledgeable and had an answer for every one of our questions. Another noticeable differentiator. Once we picked something out we were convinced that the price would reflect the significantly better experience, but the opposite turned out to be true! They were less expensive than EVERYONE else. The installation went off without a hitch and the techs were super nice and friendly, and even spent time playing with the dog who is very picky about visitors – he loved them! Well, there was a small mixup with the paperwork (probably my fault, but Andrea insisted it was hers – pretty sure she was just being nice) and the style was slightly off. No problem! She made arrangements to have a new system swapped out right away, and once again, a super nice tech (different guy than the first ones) came out and did a great job installing and going through the features with us. I would recommend Anderson for anything they do, and I cannot wait until we need their services again!
